2009 Maze is dedicated to Abraham Lincoln. 2009 is his 200th birthday !!! Happy
Birthday President Lincoln. We spend all winter throwing around ideas for our
maze design. Usually after much thought we have our minds made up by May. My husband then draws out his maze design
by hand on graph paper. When the corn is about a foot high he then transforms the cornfield into our design. Everything
from beginning to end is done by my husband. The measuring, the cutting, spreading the lime for the aerial picture.
No fancy Maze Company comes in and does it for us. By doing the maze ourselves it saves us money and in turn saves our
customers money as well. Hope you enjoy this years maze and those to come. Thanks for your interest
